Hiking & Climbing at the Rhine

Welcome to the hiking Paradise

The Upper Middle Rhine Valley region is one of the most interesting regions for all those who have dedicated themselves to hiking. Countless hiking trails through pristine forests, along the Rhine or parallel to mountain springs lead from one village to another. They range from very simple, easy-to-master to challenging alpine routes for advanced, which provide the living proof that hiking in the Middle Rhine is a serious physical challenge and no old boys' sport. Various awarded hiking trails run around Boppard, including some of the Saar-Hunsrück Dream Loops that are nationally and internationally known.
