To make your stay in our hotel as comfortable as possible, we have compiled the most important information for you. Should one of your questions be unexplained, our staff will be happy to answer your questions.Barrier-free rooms
We have a wheelchair-accessible deluxe room to the Rhine with a walk-in shower and two suitable rooms to the city side with extra wide doors, grab bars next to the toilet, a shower with curtain and shower tray with about 15 cm high edge and a fixed seat. We also have a special seat for bathtubs, which makes it easier for persons with a mobile disability to take a shower.Furthermore, our apartments of the Résidence Bellevue are spaciously designed, have extra-wide doors and feature drivable showers (without wall bracket).
For setting the required toilet height, we are happy to provide you with a toilet seat enhancement.
Cooling options for medication are located in every room in the minibar.

Accessibility within the hotel
Within the house you can access all rooms, restaurants and parts of the spa barrier-free. We will gladly show you the small detours. The indoor pool is only accessible via a small staircase (5 steps). The wheelchair accessible entrance is located at the back of the hotel near the lift.Surroundings
The environment in Boppard is characterized by a mostly flat terrain on paved sidewalks or streets. Only little hills does exist, but your exploration should be largely without problems.Helpfulness
