Trainees who extend by at least one year and employees who have been working for 2 years in our company may internally apply for a further or advanced training. Our training partner is the Gastronomic Education Center Koblenz, which also offers sommelier trainings and master classes.

In addition, we regularly offer internal training courses from highly qualified personnel (internally and externally), which will help you to advance and provide you with knowledge that goes far beyond what is customary.

Our own vineyard offers the possibility to learn the basics of viticulture and the vintage. Located in the middle of the Boppard Hamm, we grow Riesling and Kerner. In addition, there are many vineyard peach trees in our vineyard.
