The Bellevue Rheinhotel included a wine shop with an attached winery until the seventies. The wine cellar below the bar Papillon was part of the storage cellar of the time. In that time the third generation of the family decided to focus completely on the hospitality industry.

Today, we offer a variety of events in the wine cellar and it is also available for exclusive bookings. Immersed in candlelight the wine cellar shines in its distinctive atmosphere and makes every event an experience to remember. In addition to informative wine tastings with wines from the Boppard Hamm we set dinners according to the individual wishes of a solemnity. Here we serve dishes from the restaurant “Le Bristol” as well as the restaurant “Le Chopin”.

The combination of history, good cuisine and unique ambience makes every event in the wine cellar an unforgettable experience.
