Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe is an association of young chefs in Europe. Originally it comes from France, where in 1974 young, ambitious chefs joined forces to revolutionize European cookery. There are over 350 Jeunes Restaurateurs in many European countries. Since 1991 the German section of the "Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe" exists. At the end of 2015, we were added to the selected group of young chefs.
The Jeunes Restaurateurs represent a certain philosophy
The respect and preservation of European cuisine and the savoir-vivre as well as their improvement and dissemination, are aims of the Association. In addition, the creative, innovative implementation of cookery and respect for local traditions and products are essential points.
To the requirements concerning the quality of the kitchen the urge to train young chefs is added. All members of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe must actively promote and educate the next generation. Numerous seminars and training opportunities in collaboration with the gastronomic training centers are part of the program.
JRE Indulgence Academy
In mid-2016 the "JRE indulgence academy" starts. With this new concept, the Jeunes Restaurateur offer talented individuals in the DeHoGa Academy in Bad Überkingen a modern and sophisticated training for a successful future in the top gastronomy. Here is relayed, what members perceive as their profession: enjoyment, skill and passion for the haute cuisine.

For young gourmets under 30 years our membership with the Jeunes Restaurateurs offers top culinary delights in form of an exclusive 3-course menu. The whole at an affordable price of € 59 per person. The price includes: aperitif, Amouse bouche, 3-course menu, 2 glasses of wine (à 0.1l), mineral water and coffee.
Bookable from Sunday to Thursday. When reserving the password "Twenü" must be specified in advance.
