Dining in the vineyard is something quite exclusive in the central Rhine area, and there is actually nothing that can compare with it. We will provide you with truly exquisite delights of food and wine inincomparable surroundings so that you will long remember the occasion.Our restaurant, ‘Le Papillion’ can be found amid the vines inhabited bythe green lizards and peach-trees of our own vineyard, and it is herethat we will be happy to serve you the following dishes:
Fried ‘Bresse’ – pigeon breast with rosemary juice sprinkled on choice salads
Champagne crème soup with oysters
Sea barbel filet on garlic cuscus with spinach and parsley
Filet of beef with truffle juice with strap noodles and peas in the pod as vegetable.The menu price includes transfer from the hotel and back. Additional to the price of the menu is a catering charge of 150.– euros.We would like also to kindly inform you that your selection of drinks(i.e. aperitifs, water, wines and digestives etc.) must be ordered onthe day before. Of course, we will be glad to set up your ownparticular menu should you wish. Please let us know what your desiresare in this respect.
Should the visit tothe vineyard not be possible because of the weather, we will be happyto serve the same dishes either in our a la carte restaurant, ‘LeChopin’ or, failing this, in our wine cellar. The decision as to whatshall be done will be determined by the weather forecast information atmidday on the day intended for the meal. We hope that this isacceptable and thank you for your indulgence.
